2014年5月1日付で、下記の基準が施行となります。

フェデラルスキルドワーカープログラム(FSW)

スキルドワーカ―で申請資格を得るには、まず、下記(A)～(C)のいずれかに該当している必要があります。

(A) 移民後のカナダでの雇用先が決まっていて、その職種がスキルドワーカー職種（スキルレベル0、AまたはB）であること

(B) 以下の50の職種のいずれかで少なくとも１年間の職務経験があること。(働いていた国は問わず)

(C) カナダにある公立大学または各州公認私立大学で既に博士課程取得プログラムの２年以上を勉強している、または博士課程プログラム卒業から12ヶ月以内の方

(A)の申請受付の上限枠はありません。

(B)の申請受付の上限枠は25,000件です。
対象となる『50の職種』は下記に記載しています。50の職種それぞれに対する申請の上限枠は1000件です。

(C)の申請受付の上限枠は500件です。

以下の職種全体で、申請受付の上限枠は5000件です。

それぞれの職種ごとの申請受付上限枠は100件です。

• Major Group 72: Industrial, electrical and construction trades;
• Major Group 73: Maintenance and equipment operation trades;
• Major Group 82: Supervisors and technical occupations in national resources, agriculture and related production;
• Major Group 92: Processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators;
• Minor Group 632: chefs and cooks;
• Minor Group 633: butchers and bakers.

カナディアンエクスペリエンスクラス

全体での申請受付上限枠は8000件です。

NOC B職種の職種ごとの申請受付上限枠は200件です。
