アルバータ州の就労ビザ 申請対象職種について
新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の関係で、アルバータ州は、以下のリストにある職種以外は、LMIA（Labour Market Impact Assessment = 労働省から雇用主が取る外国人就労許可証）の申請ができないものとします。アルバータ州政府から新たな発表があるまでは、以下のリストにある職種以外でLMIAを申請した場合は却下になります。
この政策は、アルバータ州政府がカナダ人の雇用確保をまず優先に考えることが基盤となっています。

- 30日未満の短期就労をする技術者
- 永住権申請（または永住権と就労ビザの両方の申請）を目的とするLMIA申請者
- Global Talent Streamの申請者
- 住み込みのケアギバー
