※現在Step1を申請中の方は、今後空きが出来た場合はKompass の My Message に通知が届き、
その後、必要書類の提出とビザ申請料を支払う流れになります。

このサイト上では、受付締め切りのニュースはまだ正式には出ておりません。

現在IEC申請をして届くレターの本文サンプル

International Experience Canada (IEC) in Ottawa has received your application to participate in the IEC initiative for 2014 on 2014-10-28.

Your application was received after the current quota for your IEC category was full. IEC will keep your application on the waiting list. Applications on the waiting list will be kept in the order they are received.

If quota becomes available, IEC will send you a letter through the “My Messages” section of your Kompass account. The letter will contain instructions on how to pay your participation fee and submit the required documents. Do not submit payment and do not submit required documents before IEC instructs you to do so. Failure to follow these instructions will delay the processing of your application. If you submit payment before instructed to do so, it may take up to 6 months to receive a refund.

You now have a World Tracking Number (WTN) for your application: TOKYO-JP-14-WHP-00XXXX（数字）. All correspondence regarding your application must now be done through the “My Messages” section of your Kompass account.
