オンタリオ州ハイスキルカナダ人の配偶者（コモンローパートナー）は、ファミリークラス国外申請でもオープンワークパーミットが発給になります
オンタリオ州に住在する（またはする予定である）、以下の職種に就くカナダ人・永住権保持者の配偶者・コモンローパートナー・および就業年齢の子供については、国外申請の場合でも、2年間のオープンワークパーミットが発給されます。
本来の予定では、2012年5月24日で終了の予定だったこのパイロットプロジェクトが、2013年5月24日まで延長になりました。
カナダ人・永住権保持者の職業は、医療専門家と大学以上の公的機関の学者と限定されています。

・オンタリオ州で上記のいずれかの職種で就労しているカナダ市民権・永住権保持者の
配偶者、コモンローパートナーまたは、就業年齢の子供であること
・オンタリオ州で働く権利があること
・ファミリークラス申請書のスポンサーの審査が通っていること
・オンタリオ州で働くこと
※このオープンワークパーミットは2年間の期限付きで、延長することはできません。
