BC州のＩＴスペシャリスト就労ビザ申請は、引き続き2011年12月31日までＬＭＯが不要となりました。
BC州でIT（情報技術系）７つの職種でワークパーミットを申請するときに、LMOが免除となる措置は2011年12月31日まで延長になりました。但し、申請書提出に先立ち、雇用者はサービスカナダおよびMinistry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development (ALMD)に外国人を雇用する意思を届け出る必要があります。
